Stocks making the biggest moves premarket: DigitalBridge, Praxis Precision Medicines,

Check out the companies making headlines before the bell: DigitalBridge — The private equity firm that invests in data centers and other assets surged more than 32% after Bloomberg News, citing unnamed sources, said Japan’s SoftBank is in advanced talks to acquire DigitalBridge. The deal could be announced as soon as Monday, Bloomberg reported. Nvidia — The chipmaker fell 1%, giving back some of its gains from last week after Nvidia bought AI chip startup Groq’s assets for about $20 billion in its largest deal on record, CNBC reported. Nvidia rose 1% on Friday. Praxis Precision Medicines — Shares of the a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company gained more than 2% after BTIG called the stock a top pick for 2026 and hiked its price target. The new price target of $843, raised from $507, implies more than 213% upside for the stock. Coupang — The South Korean online retailer advanced more than 2% after Coupang offered customers affected by a personal data breach shopping vouchers worth KRW1.685 trillion ($1.17 billion) as part of a compensation plan. Coupang’s founder Kim Bom apologized for the data leak over the weekend. AXT — AXT fell roughly 7% after the semiconductor component manufacturer said Monday it would issue more than 7 million shares of its common stock in a new public offering. The shares, priced at $12.25 each, are worth a combined roughly $87 million. — CNBC’s Liz Napolitano contributed reporting.
